Farming Project

Farming Project - Sharing Ministries Uganda.

More about the Farming Project.

Agriculture is the back bone of Uganda, and almost 80% of the population depends on farming for a living. Whilst this sector grew at an annual average of only 3.7% over 1990-99 compared to the industrial sector. Currently, the agricultural sector employs 82% of the workforce and accounts for 90% of the export earnings. As Sharing Ministries Uganda, we found the need to also focus on a farming project that can add financial profits to our organization, feed our target groups, provide employment opportunities to the community and act as a "modal farm" for teaching modern farming methods to local farmers of our area. This will also help us to have a reliable source of food for the orphanage. We haven't started this project, due to inadequate funds. This project needs 28,600 dollars inorder to be in place. You can donate any sums you are able to. We are projecting to have this in place within four years from 2021. Please feel free to make an inquiry about it's project proposal, we've already planned and put everything in place. To you who's reading this, we really need you to be part of us, give us company as we move this journey of changing the face of our unprivileged community. Thank you so much for everything.
